Describe your --- (these are separate questions, separate answers. :)  )
    1 - effort and time on task --- how much perseverance did you demonstrate?
          2 - teamwork and cooperation in cleaning and helping out in the room?
   3 - Looking at your work logs - what are four new ideas you learned this quarter? give the week.(i.e. week two I learned that .... )
         4 - talk about and give some examples of art and design elements and skills you used in your favorite piece of artwork  - hint look at your paragraphs)
     5 - what surprised you in class?

*** note you can do a limited number of things by making up techniques, however -- it is LIMITED. Please learn to do it correctly. It's like any other sport and hand and body position matter.

YES, but please include the pink sheet in your packet of what you've started. You need to do this to get credit for the poject latter.  You need to have at least started the projects this week. AND -- just a reminder, there is no extra time at the end of the semester.

Where do you put the water from your throwing bucket?
----- the 'final' bucket by the back door
Where do you clean your ring, tools and sponges?
------ the 'second' bucket on the table
what if there is no water there?
----- get water from the "first" bucket or the wash pan in the sink

Water starts in the sink goes to first, second and final buckets then out the door.

After the demo - on your tool kit - what are the differences between a cylinder and a bowl?

Most projects begin as cylinders
make sure the base is narrow - 2"
pull up a short cylinder - make sure the clay at the base moves up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
use a rib tool to make it round using a down pull
