Teamwork

Picture
Teamwork is necessary for a job that is too complex for just one person or for an organized group.

Teamwork is necessary to learn effectively from your peers in the art room.

Teamwork is necessary to keep the art room organized and functioning for individual success.

This year we will be starting to work in teams to make sure the studio we make art in is organized, clean and can be useful for everyone. Students will form small teams and share tasks of both cleaning and organizing the room as  well as art materials. Teams will oversee the work and collaboratively make sure it is done and evaluate our progress.

Step one - organize the team and pick roles, captain, co-captain, recorder, and spokesperson. These roles will change during the semester so everyone has at least one chance to do each job.

step two - teams will work to organize the work in the room in to manageable tasks.

step three - teams will begin to work on the stated tasks.

step four - form an evaluation rubric.

step five - evaluate and revise.
