| Students will learn how to draw in pen and ink with parallel lines cross hatching and stippling Students will turn in a finished drawing of a shoe on medium paper with a summation paragraph. Students will also turn in some sketches of their own in pen and ink with a formative paragraph talking about what they learned about drawing with pen and ink. How did you make different values with just black ink on white paper?  | create and finish you own digital disney inspired landscape and post with paragraph. Please bring in at least three works of art for the show. They can be assignments or work done at home. They must be original and have been done in the last calandar year. Please go and make sure you have ALL your assigments in the grading blog. Make sure you have populated your interest page with at least 15 different images. | first semester students we will be working with the hand-outs and ipads all week to learn the proportions of the face. By Friday you should have a number of working sketches and a finished self-portrait drawing on white paper - suitable for framing! | Art & Design By Tuesday you should have finished your two point drawing and bloged it. Now you need to take a landscape photo of your own to use as reference and do a Disney Landscape colored ipad drawing in the sektch x program on the ipad. Remember to save your images each day on your website to follow your progress. You should be finished with this by Monday. | Advanced - Time to start thinking of an area of conentration and make a painting that speaks to your inspirations. |

You should finish your 2d hall drawing no later than Monday 3/17/14 - coming up - doing a Disney landscape on an iPad. BEGINNING ART Working on a photocopy of this potograph - they are on top of the cart - trace
the orthagonal lines to find the vanishing point. See how the verticle and
horizontal lines line up with the rest of the
drawing.
Now on a similar sized peice of paper
(also on cart) see if you can reproduce the photo as a drawing using the same
vanishing point, ortangonal lines and proportions that are in the photo. use
your ruler to transfer measurments from the copy to your paper. Make sure your
paper is the same size as the photocopy.
