On small white paper do a painting of these apples with tempera paint. Make sure your paint is opaque enough not to curl the paper.
Note - Do NOT squish your brush - don't use it like a pencil or pen - pushing harder WILL NOT make more paint come out - it will just ruin the brush! When using a brush, first load it with paint from the paint source, next lay the paint on the paper with light pressure - as the paint flows out of the brush stop - GET MORE paint.
Cleaning your brush - one, rinse the brush under the faucet, next - put some soap in your hand and gently shampoo the brush - remember it's like your hair - next rinse and re shape the brush. always lay it flat or put it in a container head up so as not to squish the bristles.
