How to write paragraphs

How to write a summative art paragraph - click for link

How to write a formative art paragraph

This should just be a description of the new skills you learned, challenges you met, things you learned or thought of - in other words a personal narrative of what making the project was like - for you.

Ceramics Paragraph
1 Name the object by title of the assignment – i.e. pinch creature, soft slab plate, wheel bowl ….

Describe the size and form of the object, then the surface or features on the surface and lastly the color or colors and where they are on the surface.

2 name at least one new skill that was used in order to fabricate the project (do not narrative everything you did to make it – just the new skill you learned for this assignment.)

3 name one art element (pls. just one – it is just one paragraph)

4 for your CM show how the skills and art element express an idea, feeling or mood.

*WARNING* DO NOT USE SIMILIES – i.e. – it’s blue so it reminds me of the ocean.  :P

It will be

CD’s – what – describe the project

CD’s – how – skills and art elements

Cm – why is it important? – What possible meaning does it express?
